Two account types
Individual Agent
A single agent login under one agreement. Open buyer reports, keep a running list of every buyer you've opened.
Brokerage
One agreement, any number of agent logins beneath it. Ideal for firms like a Vermont partner brokerage rolling this out team-wide.
Account creation arrives with Milestone 2, via a link that carries an Agreement Code sent after your signed agreement is received. A "Sweet Partner Rewards" field records the introducing agent or brokerage, if any.
Common questions
How do I get access?
You sign the Source & Resource Agreement and email it in. We send a link that creates your account — Individual Agent or Brokerage. No setup fees, no subscriptions.
What is the fee?
A 20% Source & Resource Fee, paid only when a transaction closes. That is up to half of what typical lead platforms charge (35–40%).
Is this a referral service?
No. It is an information-licensing model. You license organized community data and the matching methodology. The buyer and seller are not parties to the agreement.
Do you touch listings?
Never. You receive community matches and buyer-specific MLS search terms. You run those searches in your own MLS with your own expertise.
